As part of CrossFit training, we started doing Tabata sprints once a week. This was one session.
Tabata interval: One interval is 20 seconds of intense work, 10 seconds of rest. Work can be sprinting, pullups, pushups, etc.. Do 8 consecutive intervals (total 4 minutes).
If you have anything left at the end of the last interval, you didn't push yourself hard enough.
It was Brock's first time ever out on the course, so we had to mess with him a little. It was the perfect setup, and he was quick to take the bait. Good thing he's a nice guy!
This was a CrossFit workout: 7 x snatch.
My previous PR was about 120, although poor form. This time I think I've improved my form, and weight. Some critiquing would be appreciated since I'm nowhere near perfect.
The pilot of the Goodyear blimp happens to be an Auburn graduate. He was en route to another venue, so he did a few flyovers for our video crew. I recorded this one with my flip cam.
It's scrolling "Go Tigers" and "Auburn"
Two in one...
1) Taped a black colored piece of tape to the bottom of coworker's (across the hall) optical mouse where the sensor is. It took him a while to figure it out.
2)The conversation in the middle is about a phone prank done over Skype. About 8 phones were dialed all at once for a conference call. It was totally unexpected and totally worked.
This is my rendition of Third Day's "You're Everywhere". You'll just have to excuse the voice. I have a nasty cold in this video...not that my voice is that good anyway.
Fic was jealous of me catching all the fish, so he had to give it a try. After a day of catching 'seaweed', he finally got the hang of it and caught 3 in a matter of minutes. The last one was huge. Congrats!
There was a problem with the plane, so we made a few attempts to jump start it with battery chargers. The last resort was pulling it to the dock with the yaks. What a rescue!
This is an old video taken from a VHS, but cool nonetheless. This was my first tandem skydive. I went on a second the following year. When I get the funds, I plan on learning solo dives!
