Darryl gets his already balding head shaved down to the wood. He did this for two reasons - one, to conform to the fashion norm in the construction department and two to raise money for the Newmarket Rotary Club, of which he is a member. Keep in mind, however, that the average age of Rotary Club members is 93 and Darryl is 26. In fairness, his body is approximately 58.
